Simple Pancake Batter Ingredients • 100g Plain Flour • 300ml Milk • 2 Eggs • Sunflower Oil or Butter • All the toppings you want
SERVES 10-12 PANCAKES

Method Mix the flour, milk and eggs in a bowl. Then pour a drop of sunflower oil or butter into your pan on a medium heat. Either pour or spoon enough of the mixture into the pan to make one thin pancake. Then cook, flip and serve. Repeat until all the batter is gone. Then top your pancakes with some sweet or savoury treats, like blueberries and ice cream, or cheese.
