METHOD 1. Muddle ginger and honey together in the base of a cocktail shaker. 2. Add whiskey, lemon juice and ice. 3. Seal and shake until the outside of the shaker is very cold. 4. Strain into a tumbler filled with ice and serve with a lemon slice to garnish.
