“My tip for reheating would be to do it slowly and thoroughly. I place my ham on a tray and I would drizzle it in honey and cloves, I would then place a cup of water in the tray to create steam. In the oven at 160°C, slowly bring the ham up to the core temperature of 70°C and then increase the oven temperature to 220°C for 10 minutes to add colour and caramelise my honey.” Trisha Lewis
