Method
Add the mustard and mayonnaise, and stir through the mixture. Serve right away or refrigerate overnight. Top Tip: You can add grated cheese or sliced red apple to add extra flavour to the dish.
1 tbsp Mustard 200g Mayonnaise Salt
6 Carrots Small White Cabbage Brown Sugar, large pinch 3 tsp Vinegar
Grate the carrot into coarse slices and shred the cabbage. In a bowl, combine the cabbage and carrot, along with a pinch of salt. Then add the sugar and vinegar, and toss to combine everything. Let the bowl sit for about 20 minutes.
