Laura’s Vintage Christmas Pudding, produced by Laura Stafford in Gorey, Co. Wexford, is full to the brim
with succulent fruit, crunchy pecans and almonds. It is infused with a delicious blend of stout, rum and Ardfallen Irish Whiskey. The Pudding is matured for nine months and turned by hand every few weeks to ensure the intense flavours develop evenly. The recipe has been handed down from one master baker to the next, starting with Laura’s grandfather Sean Stafford, to his son, and then to Laura.
