Mayo. It’s where I fell in love with pig farming. Over the years I’ve spent invaluable time learning about the industry on a number of great Irish and UK pig farms, finally settling back in my home county of Mayo in 2016 with my wife and kids. We love the uniqueness of our ham – you get a distinct flavour from Berkshire pigs and the satisfaction of knowing we are producing a high quality product with plenty of juice and flavour which can be enjoyed by families all around Ireland.”
