As Richard says, “Ireland’s craft brewers are an often-overlooked part of our hospitality industry and any opportunity to explore alternative markets and build new relationships at this time is very welcome.”
Based in Inchicore, Rascals Brewing Company was founded in 2014 by husband-and-wife team Emma Devlin and Cathal O’Donoghue and has strong community ties around Dublin 8. They’ve been working with Aldi since 2016 and, like us, pride themselves on putting quality first.
