Strawberry Sundae Ingredients
SERVES 4 PEOPLE
PREP 25 MINS
• 450g Irish Strawberries • 2 tbsp Strawberry Jam
• 500g Thick & Creamy Crème Fraîche
Method 1. Wash and hull the Irish Strawberries. Reserve 2 to decorate the glasses. 2. Put the remainder of the Irish Strawberries in a pan with 2 tsp water and the strawberry jam. 3. Bring to the boil and stir until the jam is dissolved 4. Remove from the heat and allow to cool. 5. Layer this mixture with the crème fraîche in individual glasses, finishing with crème fraîche. 6. Decorate with the reserved Irish Strawberries, sliced in half.
