Salmon & Broccoli Tagliatelle Serves: 2 people Prep time: 5 minutes Cooking time: 15 minutes

Ingredients • 300g Tagliatelle

Method Put the pasta in a pan of boiling water and cook according to the instructions on the packet. Drain, reserving 150ml of the pasta water. Meanwhile, heat the oil in a large pan over medium heat and cook the onion, broccoli and garlic for 5 minutes until softened. Stir in the soft cream cheese and the lemon zest and juice. Bring to a gentle simmer, then stir in the pasta along with the reserved cooking water. Stir through the cooked salmon and half the chopped parsley. Divide between bowls and garnish with some fresh parsley.
