We’re GREENER everyday. From sustainably sourced fish, to foodwaste reductions, to reducing plastic and packaging and planting trees, our green thinking is working towards a better environment.

Here at Aldi, in conjunction with Green Belt, we have pledged to plant 1 million native Irish woodland trees by 2025. And we are well on the way with over 100,000 already planted. But this is only one of the many changes we are making to be greener everyday.
Where we have planted trees so far: • Rockfield, Co. Limerick 16,000 trees • Muingaphuca, Co. Kerry 15,000 trees • Annagh, Co. Mayo 7,600 trees • Portagh, Co. Mayo 6,600 trees • Ballyfarnagh, Co. Mayo 10,400 trees • Headford, Co. Galway 21,516 trees • Aughrim, Co. Wicklow 30,000 trees

Aldi Play Rugby Each year over 100,000 primary school children participate in the Aldi Play Rugby campaign to help get them active in a fun non-competitive programme.
