Method Keep 6 raspberries aside to garnish. Ingredients • 100ml Gin • 100g fresh Raspberries • 30ml Lemon Juice • 20ml Honey • Few sprigs of fresh Mint • Soda Water – optional
Put the remaining raspberries in a cocktail shaker along with the gin, honey, lemon juice, some mint leaves and plenty of ice – shake well. Strain into two glasses and garnish with some extra mint. For a longer drink – top with some more ice and soda water.
