Amazing mushrooms. The Codd family

The Codd family have been growing mushrooms at their farm located in Tullow, Co. Carlow since 1989 by brothers Leslie and Raymond Codd. Codd Mushrooms have been supplying Aldi since 2006.

Creamy Mushroom Pasta.

Method

Add in the light cream cheese and spinach and cook on low heat for 5 minutes. Add the cooked, drained pasta to the frying pan and coat with the mushroom sauce and serve.
