Biltong Chief Dylan Rogers Co. Offaly Biltong, a traditional South African dried, cured meat, using 100% Irish beef. As a rugby player, South African Dylan was always needing healthier snacks that were high in protein. Traditional Biltong fits the bill. Travelling abroad, he found it hard to find the quality he was used to so decided to start his own Biltong company! He has now retired from rugby and settled in Ireland with his Irish wife and daughter and opened his own EU certified Biltong facility.
