Irish Beef Meatballs €6.81 per kg €2.45 360g ONLY

INGREDIENTS • 360g Irish Beef Meatballs • 500g Spaghetti • 1 Large Onion, diced • 500g Bolognese Pasta Sauce • Fresh Basil Leaves

• Freshly Ground Black Pepper • Parmesan Cheese • 2 tsp Vegetable Oil

Spaghetti €1.10 per kg

METHOD 1. Heat the oil in a casserole dish, add the diced onion and cook for a couple of minutes. 2. Add the meatballs and cook on a medium heat for 10 minutes, turning them gently as they cook, until all sides of the meatballs are golden. 3. Add the Bolognese sauce, lower the heat to low and simmer for 10 minutes. 4. In the meantime, cook the spaghetti as directed on the pack. 5. Drain the spaghetti. 6. Take the meatballs and some of the sauce out. 7. Add the spaghetti to the casserole dish and mix through with the remaining sauce. 8. Place the meatballs and sauce on the top for serving. 9. Garnish with some basil leaves, a sprinkle of black pepper and Parmesan cheese.
